Diversity, Equity and Human Rights Grants for Schools and ATA Locals
The Association’s Diversity, Equity and Human Rights (DEHR) Committee support the development of inclusive schools and communities through the administration of an annual grant program. Teachers from all Alberta public, separate and Francophone schools and ATA locals may apply for grants of up to $2,000 for DEHR-related projects planned for the upcoming school year. Applications are due April 30.

Diversity, Equity and Human Rights Award for ATA Locals
The Association honours outstanding Diversity, Equity, and Human Rights projects, programs, events and activities organized by ATA Locals through an annual award and recognition program. Locals may apply individually or as groups. One or more locals will receive the award during the annual Summer Conference, but the work of all applicants will be showcased through ATA publications. Applications are due May 1.
