Council of School Representatives Grant

If you were a designated ATA school rep and attended a minimum of 5 council meetings during the 2024-2025 school year, you are entitled to a reimbursement of up to $400.00 for professional development. We will accept the first 100 submissions, after which time we will begin a waiting list to ensure we have the necessary funds available. 

After receiving grant approval from the ECT Local #54 and attending the PD course or conference, teachers are asked to submit receipts totaling up to $400.00. Please be sure to include your conference registration, travel expenses and accommodation receipts. Your reimbursement cheque will be mailed to you at your home address.  

Please note that you CANNOT carry over these funds from year to year. You’ll need to provide the local with proof of registration for the PD you’ve chosen.

Submissions will start being accepted September 2025 until June 15, 2026.
